Dr. Kunal G. Padole is the Founder and President of YUVA Foundation, a leading youth empowerment organization in Vidarbha, dedicated to skill development, employment generation, and social upliftment. With 18+ years of experience across education, recruitment, entrepreneurship, and social development, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of young aspirants.
Holding an MBA in Global Studies, MBA in Marketing & HR, and a PhD in Management (Skill Development & Employment Generation), Dr. Padole combines strong academic expertise with real-world execution. Through large-scale job fairs, pool campus drives, and skill development programs, he has enabled 30,000+ student placements across Maharashtra.
